Q6: What if I make an order, but it haven’t shipped after 3 days?

A: We normally prepare and dispatch your orders in 24 hours during weekdays. But there are two situations that may cause the shipping time vary: 1.The product is on pre-sale. You can find the ship out date on our description page. 2.In case of holidays, we will make a notice on our site banner and state our post-holiday delivery time. In other situations, we will notify you in advance with the reason of shipping delay.
