A: Yes. The charging port features a protective rubber cover that provides IPX4-rated water resistance. This protects against splashing water from any direction. However, to prevent short circuits, ensure the port and rubber seal are completely dry before plugging in the charger, and avoid direct high-pressure washing.
Q2: Can the rear suspension be locked out?
A: No. The rear shock absorber on the EMT29 does not feature a mechanical or hydraulic lockout mechanism. It remains active at all times to provide continuous traction and bump absorption on uneven terrain.
Q3: What is the gear ratio configuration for the 12-speed drivetrain? Does it feature a dual front chainring system?
A: No, it uses a modern 1x12-speed drivetrain system (a single 1x front chainring paired with a 12-speed rear cassette).
Gear Range: Provides a wide range suited for steep climbs (46T) as well as flat, high-speed riding (11T), eliminating the need for a front derailleur.
Q4: Is the Vakole EMT29 suitable for jumps and drop-offs?
A: As an electric mountain bike (e-MTB), the EMT29 is designed for trail riding and light off-road terrain. While it can handle light airtime, small hops, and minor trail drops, it is not recommended for high-impact dirt jumps, downhill drop-offs, or aggressive bike park riding. Overloading the frame or suspension with high impacts may void the warranty or compromise structural safety.
Q5: What type of fluid should be used for the Vakole EMT29’s hydraulic brake system?
Vakole EMT29 is DOT-based systems: Use DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluid. (Note: Never use DOT 5, as silicone-based DOT 5 is incompatible).
⚠️ Important Safety Warning: NEVER mix Mineral Oil and DOT fluid. Doing so will destroy the internal rubber seals and cause complete brake failure. Always check the marking engraved on your brake lever reservoir cap (it will specify "Mineral Oil" or "DOT Fluid") before adding or bleeding fluid.
Q6: Can fenders and a rear luggage rack be installed on the EMT29?
A: Yes, both fenders and a rear luggage rack can be mounted using the standard frame eyelets.
Off-Road Advice: If you plan to ride frequently on aggressive off-road trails or rough terrain, installing a heavy-duty rear rack is not recommended. Extra cargo load on a full-suspension swingarm can adversely affect rear shock performance, handling stability, and increase the risk of mounting bolt fatigue over time.

J’ai acheté Le vakole emt29 8s et je ne regrette pas mon choix. Le vélo est revendiqué comme entraide gamme et pour cela il fait pleinement le job! Bien sûr il y a à redire sur quelques points ( plateau un peu petit, mais gênant uniquement sur route et pas en tout terrain. Cèle un peu tape fesses…). Mais vraiment je suis ravi de ce vélo que j’utilise dans des chemins de bois accidentés et un peu sur route au quotidien.
Ps: je n’ai pas eu à solliciter le sav car le vélo va parfaitement bien. C’est souvent un point négatif avec les ventes en ligne. À voir…
Pour résumer mon avis, ce vélo reste une sacré belle option dans la jungle des vttae pour les débutants comme moi. Grace à lui j’ai pu reprendre les balade en pleine nature sans casser ma tirelire! Exactement ce que je voulais.
La bici in se non è male , soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo , ci sono però degli aspetti da considerare in primis le politiche di reso che rendono effettivamente impossibile renderla (non si accetta una volta che è stata assemblata ecc) , il modello che ho ricevuto io aveva il disco davanti piegato e ho dovuto cambiarlo a mie spese e un segno sul telaio nonostante l'imballo fosse perfetto , la bici stessa si graffia molto ma molto facilmente , l'autonomia reale è di circa 60km con assistenza al massimo quindi direi buona , altezza consigliata da 165cm irrealistica , meglio dai 170 cm in su , bisogna imparare a usare cambio/motore perché tenendo marce alte quindi pedalando poco il motore inizia a vibrare parecchio (bassi giri , coppia elevata) , Tolto questo direi che ci sono svariati aspetti positivi fra cui la comodità e i componenti di qualità buona , ripeto se volete una MTB full o si fanno dei compromessi o si spende 3 volte questa cifra , quindi la terrò finché durerà , sono contento che ci siano i ricambi disponibili e spero restino tali .
De momento la he probado en 3 salidas de 4Okm por montaña y la experiencia ha sido única, la recomiendo 100%, se ha comporatado excelente en todas las subidas.

After 3 weeks, I'm really satisfied with this e-bike. I use it every day for my commute, and on weekends for out-of-town rides. I've ridden it over 200 km so far, and everything works perfectly. Using the lowest assist level, I can go over 100 km (I'm 190 cm and weigh 90 kg) on a single charge. The technical support is also very helpful and quick to respond.
Molto bella anche senza assistenza si pedala con facilità. ottima durata della batteria a carica completa mi ha permesso di fare 145 km ben oltre il dichiarato molto soddisfatto
Arrivata prima del previsto,ottimo imballaggio, facile da montare. Che dire sulla prestazioni ....al momento fatto 30 Km di strade bianche dove si è comportata benissimo stabile e ben ammortizzata, il cambio efficiente e il motore fa il suo dovere. Mi ha stupito che anche senza ausilio di motore in modalità 0 la bicicicletta non è pesante e non affatica le gambe.....ma già in modalità 1 non la senti davvero più....Ne ho acquistate 2 una anche per mia moglie e anche lei molto soddisfatta...che dire....non ho mai provato un ebike "blasonata" ma non cercando prestazioni ma semplici uscite su strade bianche con leggere pendenze la spesa al momento è sicuramente da parte mia consigliata
First electric bike ever. Very easy to assemble. I was quite surprised by the confort and easiness of the ride. Will take it on more rugged trails soon, but I have no doubt it will be as steardy as on the road. So far I love it!
Sono molto soddisfatto sia per le prestazioni che per l'autonomia circa 75 km lasciando un 25 %nella batteria considerando che deve ancora entrare nella piena efficienza avendo fatto solo 2 ricariche. Ha dei difetti certo ma facilmente risolvibili .Mi sto' riferendo alla sella che nelle lunghe percorrenze da un po' di fastidio al fondo schiena e ai parafanghi che nello sconnesso si fanno sentire . Sciocchezze se si considera la buona qualità del prodotto nel suo complesso.Bel lavoro B.b.g,in caso di un prossimo acquisto sarete sicuramente i primi a cui mi rivolgerò.👍

Arrivata in anticipo rispetto la data. Ottimo imballo e montaggio e-mtb rapido e intuitivo!!! Ho fatto due uscite di 20 km ed è andato tutto benissimo. Salita molto ripida affrontata nel migliore dei modi con modalità 3.. e pensare che ha altre 2 modalità di potenza! In futuro se avrò problemi rettifico recenzione. Per adesso 5 stelle!
Dopo due giorni di utilizzo i freni fischiano. Il cambio non è preciso sembra che sia da regolare. Livello della batteria non preciso, 5 tacche durano tanto poi al improvviso scende a 2 tacche. Per il resto sembra andare bene
